I'm a 28 year old PhD student at NYU. I study violence in far away places, and daily ask the more academic version of the question "Can't we all just get along?" (hint: the answer would seem to be no). In my spare time I cook, I eat, I talk about and learn about food. After about the 15th suggestion that I start a food blog, I finally decided it might be fun, and here we are!
